I recently spent Christmas in a hotel in Istanbul and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offered clean and well-equipped rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was central, and it was an easy walk to all the major attractions of the old town. One of the best aspects was the breakfast buffet on the fifth-floor terrace, which had a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious food.
The room we stayed in had a cramped layout and no views from the windows, as there was a wall in front of them. The hotel was located downhill and about 500 meters from the main shopping and tourist area of Sultanahmet.

It's so close to everything, from the blue mosque to Topkapi Palace, and situated in between major sights. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. the breakfast on the top floor with magnificent views is a great way to start your day. the breakfast had fresh bread, hot fries and sausages, and a variety of other options.
There were some issues with the ventilation, and we occasionally smelled cigarette smoke from other guests.

The hotel was a comfortable and clean place to rest after a long day exploring the city. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and close to great food options. the staff were friendly and helpful, always providing suggestions on where to go and what to see. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of fresh items, and the view from the dining area was amazing. Daily housekeeping was a plus, and the value for money was excellent.
The noise level in this hotel was unbearable at times due to the thin walls and construction outside that started early in the morning. the bathroom was not up to par with a strong smell of urine throughout the stay, which was unpleasant.
